Poi Rogers is a combination of Hawaiian and western classic tunes along with some new originals.This side project grew out of being “sheltered in place” during the pandemic, and it’s given Carolyn and Gerard the chance to work in smaller places…along giving new life to some great music many have never heard while spreading the good word about their bigger band, The Carolyn Sills Combo. This interview features two classic tunes, along with a new original, “Don’t Take the Covers Off My Bed”.
