Ralph Anybody, a.k.a The Lips, a.k.a. Not A Morning Person, was born in beautiful downtown Burbank, which may explain a lot: He was taught at an early age to appreciate humor, music and art.In the 70’s he moved to Paris, France and spent two years at the Sorbonne. He found solace at the gravesite of Jim Morrison and spent many afternoons visiting there. It was during the same period that he began having trouble sleeping, often sitting up nights with a stack of records and a cheap record player, playing music and annoying his neighbors. He never imagined that there would be a place where he could get paid to do this very thing.
Ralphie began performing stand-up comedy at the age of 20. He spent the next 14 years on the road playing every town from Las Vegas, Nevada to Minot, North Dakota, and he won the Santa Cruz Comedy Competition in 1984. One night after a show in Farmington, New Mexico, Jim Morrison came to Ralph in a dream and told him to follow the magic pig. The pig would bring him riches. The pig would make his life complete…turns out, Jim lied! And for those of you who are buying any of this…thanks for listening!
