“Sleepy” John Sandige Interviews Michael Nesmith (2018)
John  talks in depth with Michael “Nez” Nesmith about his “dual-channel” career, including the release of “The First National Band – Live at the Troubador” record and a then-recent Monkees tour with Mickey Dolenz. You can pick up the album at videoranch3d.com.

This is also a rare, behind-the-scenes look at our “Please Stand By” program, which includes off mic banter during the music and commercial breaks. A great insight into one of our all-time favorite KPIG (and KFAT) artists!

Ralph Anybody’s 25th Anniversary Show!
When morning DJ Ralphie hit his 25 years at the pig in 2017, he celebrated by throwing this concert at Kuumbwa Jazz Center in Santa Cruz with a few of his friends including The Carolyn Sills Combo, Richard Stockton, Sherry Austin with Henhouse and Michael Gaither with Glenn MacPherson. Check out the entire concert posted here and available for the first time.

The “Ripple” Project
COVID19 and Shelter In Place hit in 2020, prompting one of our wonderful listeners to call us “musical first responders”. We decided to “respond” in kind by producing a “recorded in place” take on the Grateful Dead song, “Ripple”. The project features many local artists in what really became a time capsule of Santa Cruz at the time. Learn more at “Behind the Video: Ripple”

Stayin’ Home and Rockin’ Out with The Coffis Brothers
To kick out 2020 and bring in 2021, we presented this exclusive New Year’s Eve show from local favorites, The Coffis Brothers. Watch below, and learn more about the show here

The KPIG Humbug HOMEdown – Shelter from the Storm
In addition to the 2020 “Ripple”project, we also assembled this safely and socially distanced in-home concert featuring videos submitted by local artists. Learn more about the artists and the video’s producers here.
